Along the Gravel Road podcast with Chelsea Borruano

We are excited to announce our partnership with the Along the Gravel Road Podcast. In collaboration with YAAP, our founder and Executive Director, Chelsea Borruano will be interviewing guests ranging from mental health professionals to individuals who are open and willing to share their own stories of pain, loss and triumph, with the ultimate goal of changing the conversation around mental health and making sure each and every person knows that they are so very not alone in this journey. Stay tuned for more on launch.

Small Bites + Beer + Wine

Support the You Aren't Alone Project as we embark on our 2nd Annual Live Art Event. This event is a culmination of stories from people all over the world who are living with (or supporting someone living with) mental health issues, all interpreted by local artists through visual & performance art⎻the pain, the loss, & the triumph.

The goals of this event are simple:
  • to bring awareness to what living with mental health issues looks like and break down stigmas
  • to change the way we talk about mental health
  • to continue building a network of ongoing support, comprised of survivors, those struggling, supporters and everyone in between
