The You Aren’t Alone Project is excited to present our 5th annual Live Art Event, an experiential art show that merges art and mental health advocacy. Scheduled for May 2, this one-of-a-kind event brings together a diverse community of artists and attendees, aiming to change the conversation around mental health through the power and vulnerability of creativity.

What to Expect

Fragments of Us: The Art of Becoming presented by 2W0 Unit

This immersive gallery experience, told in five chapters, guides guests through a transformative journey of self-awareness, emotional release, healing, reflection, and renewal. Rooted in the power of storytelling, this exhibition brings together curated artwork, live performances, and sensory installations that allow each guest to witness, process, and contribute to the ongoing narrative of mental and emotional health.

This experience is not linear—it is layered, fragmented, and deeply human. Each chapter invites participants to engage both as observers and as narrators, bringing attention to the pieces of themselves that are becoming whole again.
